Your visit to the OVC Smith Lane Animal Hospital will always begin with a smile and a friendly face. When you enter our facility, we encourage you to check-in with our friendly and knowledgeable client services staff that will greet you and get you all setup for your appointment.
If this is your first appointment with us, then make sure to give yourself a few extra minutes to chat with us so we can obtain some information from you that will help us serve you better. Upon check-in, a graduating veterinary student will come greet you in the lobby and introduce themselves to both you and your pet before entering an examination room. It is important to know that a consistent medical team will always be tending to the needs of you and your pet. After your appointment, swing by the main client services desk to check out.
