Annual diagnostic testing helps our veterinarians at the OVC Smith Lane Animal Hospital identify potential issues before they develop into major illnesses. By catching conditions early, we can start preemptive treatment, which often proves to be more effective. As pets age, more frequent and thorough testing is encouraged to keep a close watch on their health.

The OVC Smith Lane Animal Hospital adheres to wellness guidelines established by the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA). For more information on their recommendations or a detailed wellness profile, click here to visit the AAHA website.
