Students in phases 1-3 will benefit from observing phase 4 students and veterinarians perform appointments through observation windows which look into examination rooms. Through watching and listening to appointments, younger students are learning exactly how a primary care facility will operate, and will learn the necessary tools to effectively communicate with clients while providing the highest quality care. Throughout this process, students are always able to ask questions to our veterinarians, technicians, and staff about procedures, protocols and standard operations.
